Best computer for under $350, failing.

Well, after a long period of silence on mah blog, I thought it would be best to leave happy. Bad news first then. My new computer is completely screwed up, won't even start. Just the power turning on, a little beep, and it restarts. Repeatedly. Good news is, I took it to the computer shop, so it's in good hands. The guy there said he didn't know what the problem could be, seeing as how it's brand new hardware (save one of the HDDs and the other drives), but I ought to have it back tomorrow (if I'm lucky).
